Team coaching aims to guide a group of people to maximize their abilities or skills individually and collectively for the organization’s greater good. It promotes a positive atmosphere that fosters participation, team spirit and success.

Emotional Intelligence Assessment

Emotional Intelligence (EQ-i) is proven to be a key indicator of human performance. Results of the assessment can be used to strengthen and develop emotional intelligence skills.

Relationship Intelligence

Using Relationship Intelligence (RQ), the SDI 2.0 provides a common language for understanding what’s important. Relationship building is more than a soft skill, and the SDI 2.0 plays a direct role in helping us relate to others – building our ability to improve dialogue.

I am credentialed through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC). I received my academic training from Royal Roads University’s Graduate Program in Executive Coaching. Additionally, I am certified as an Assessor for both the EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 assessments. Emotional intelligence (EQ-i) is simply the way you connect with people, interact with them, understand them, relate to them and lead them. I am passionate about helping people realize their true potential.
